Is External Stimulation To Achive Orgasam Safe After A Removal Of Ovary?

Question: I am 6 days post op XXXXXXX and romoval of right ovary (left was removed 2005 due to ectopic preg) I feel sexually aroused. While I know I can not have intercoarse at this point, am I able to reach orgasm saftely if I externally stimulate? And is this common?
