Brief Answer:
Allow is exposed!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this accident that you suffered. Glad to know healing has been great and you are doing a lot better. From the description you have given, there is no reason to get worried. Feel free to go out and allowing it exposed to the open air is the best way for fast healing. Do not cover it any longer. You may also send an image to review to us.

Dr,
I guess I didn't explain it well enough. First I am unable to send a Picture. But I did have 3 degree burns and the color of the skin that I now have is a light pink where the rest of my face is a normal skin color. Can I put make up on it to make it look more like my other skin? Or should I just put SPF 45 on it. Not all of it has healed there are still parts that are still black and I am treating those parts with Silver Sulfadiazine cream.

Can I put Make UP on the area that was burnt to match the rest of my face? Should I use Sunscreen before I use Make Up or After? Not all it has healed I still have Black spots that I am treating with the Silver Sulfadiazine cream. When I go outside just for a minute and the sun hits my face it hurts where it is the Pink part.

Brief Answer:
NO make up!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I will not encourage you to put makeup on this area. It is healing and very fragile and any attempts to put makeup might delay the healing process. This pink area certainly hurts because the skin is still very fragile and not protected by the usually skin. I will suggest a sunscreen lotion only, avoid sun exposure as much as possible.

In all, allow to open and avoid sun exposure. Avoid putting makeups on it as well.

I wish you well.
