Brief Answer:
Need to know her kidney function test report first

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation your mom is in.

From what you are describing, your mom has had severe infection which has caused hypotension that has altered her kidney function. In order to determine whether she needs dialysis or not, I need to analyze her kidney function test results (creatinemia, BUN, creatine clearence, etc.).

For the moment, I advise to:
- start therapy with antibiotics
- intravenous fluids and electrolytes replacement
- start therapy with dopamine, dobutamine in order to maintain bp higher than 85, and normal diuresis

Looking forward to have the tests reports in for further evaluation!
