Brief Answer:
serum creatinine of 3 is not dangerous

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

High level of serum creatinine shows that kidney are working less. if there is adequate urine and no vomiting and breathlessness then there is no immediate danger. But a high creatinine is a reason of concern as it shows that your kidneys are working very less. you should meet your doctor who will help you find the cause for it- whether it is diabetics , high blood pressure or any other cause. and accordingly treatment has to be started.

another important aspect is that whether this is continuing to increase or is stable that can be assessed by repeating the test after 1 week .

other tests which need to be done are urine routine, ultrasound KUB and serum potassium levels. in your patient potassium is 5.4 . this is more risky. you should stop all fruits and juices and discuss this aspect in detail with your doctor.

Do write in if there is any other query.

best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Coming can be because of many reasons

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
vomiting can be because any abdominal or systemic disease like

hyper acid production,
gall bladder stone,
gastroparasis . with or without diabetes

can be because of kidney disease also but would generally occur at higher serum creatinine like 4 and above.

please meet your doctor for detailed evaluation.

best wishes
