Question: A female born with congenital adrenal hyperplasia and was born with a large clitrios. Does that automatically mean she has an urogenital sinus? And is corrective surgery a must?

Urogenital sinus is seen in patients with congenital adrenal hyperplasia, but not always.
Medical management with salt correction, glucocorticoid plus or without mineralocorticoid replacement is the key.

Mild enlargement may settle with medical treatment.
Severe virilisation may need surgery early.
