Brief Answer:
Repeat after month

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.
The sperm count varies from 20 to 150 million sperm per milliliter. Count is less in the report. Mortality should be more than 50%.

Presence of few W.B.C is is most likely to be due to some inflammation either in seminal vesicles or prostate or urinary tract infection.
I would have considered Course of antibiotic like Doxycyclin twice daily for ten days. It's prescription based drug hence I can not prescribe you here without examining you.

Repeat your semen analysis after a month or so. I would have asked you to avoid any sexual activity that results in ejaculation for 2 to 5 days before this test. This helps to make sure that your sperm count will be at its highest. It also makes the test more reliable.
Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Take care
