Is it true that a Chickenpox vaccinated child has more chances of getting Herpes Zoster than a child who is not vaccinated or has not suffered from Chickenpox ?

Brief Answer:
Although there are reports, hard to say whether it is worth concern.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Although four studies have reported increase in prevalence of Herpes Zoster in varicella (chicken pox) immunized patients, it cannot be commented upon whether it is epidemiologically relevant since the health of the people around the studied children can be a factor and without further studies the case cannot be generalized. That is all we know about, till date.
