If doctor after examining your fissure has said that it has healed and if you are still experiencing pain. It is due to residual tenderness of tissue post healing.

I would have suggested you to avoid spicy foods, increased intake of liquids and encouraged sitz bath( I think this might have advised to you earlier). I would advice you to avoid constipation. Review after a week if required.

You should be fine in three to four days.
