Brief Answer:
Hello I would recommend the following.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
I did review your concern. Yes with MRD + AML with 5q del which is considered high risk, BMT is a good option especially if there is a sibling full match donor available.

A good doctor in XXXXXXX would be to consult Dr MB XXXXXXX of bombay hospital or to go to CMC vellore( Dr. Memon Chandy) or Dr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX (Tata center Kolkata). These are trustworthy places and doctors for right guidance and proceedings with bone marrow transplantation.

I hope this helps mam.
wish you and your family all the best.
Let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.
Sincerely
Dr Parth Desai

Of course she has 100% matching(6/6) with her brother.
As you have suggested the name of Dr. M B XXXXXXX of Bombay Hospital but presently BMT is not done there.
Since I want to do at XXXXXXX I have preferred Jaslok Hospital having Dr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX BMT physician and Dr.S H Advani, HOD,Medical oncology.
What is your view?
