Question: Hello I have been having anxiety for about 3 hours and my vision is a bit blurry. Is this a symptom of anxiety?

During anxiety due to changes of autonomic nervous system pupil dilatation occurs. This leads to visual problem. As well as this visual problem in turn causes more anxiety.
If it is your first episode then you need to consult doctor. If you have past episodes of anxiety, no need to worry. Try to relax yourself with deep breathing and you will be relieved.
