The level of glucose you have is high and it indicates diabetes.

There are some thing we should consider though before saying it for sure:
-- Is it the test done with at least 8 hours fasting? In the case for the result to be considered normal should be under 126.
-- Is the test done 2 hours after having a meal? In this case the normal result would need to be under 180.

I would recommend to repeat the test and do the other ones which will diagnose for sure diabetes:
-- Fasting glucose (at least 8 hours)
-- Sugar load test, 2 hours after food.
-- Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C), which will measure how much has been the levels of your blood glucose in the last 3 months in average.
