Your blood pressure values do not require immediate medical attention. I will rather suggest that you take more readings and if they remain higher than 130/90mmHg, you should report to your doctor for further evaluation. Transient increase in blood pressure are common especially when we are worries, anxious, stress or doing some physical activity. Only persistently elevated blood Hayes over time require that you seek attention and be evaluated for possible hypertension.
