Is Biotin Supplement Safe To Take Daily?

Question: Is it safe to take a biotin supplement daily while on prescription meds? I take 75 mg of Effexor each morning, then 1 mg of klonopin along with .25 of trazadone each night for sleep.I have struggled with severe insomnia almost all of my life and this combo works well for me the past 3 years.So I really don't want to change what works.But I am getting remarried next year and have read that biotin is beneficial in hair, nail and skin health.Please advise and thank you for your response.
