Brief Answer:
Not at all if its uterus only

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query
I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

After going through your query I came to know that your uterus has been removed at an early age. You want to know that can be your backache related to it.

After operation for uterus removal only there should be no problem of backache. But sometimes along with uterus, ovary has to be removed. If ovary has also be removed along with uterus then there will be hormone deficiencies leading to osteopenia and backache. You need to take hormones replacement therapy to prevent it.

Probably if only uterus was removed then you should look for other causes also such as vitamin D deficiencies, muscle weakness along with hormones as hormones tends to decrease at age of 50 even if ovaries are not removed.

Treatment of backache is back exercises and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Vitamin B and C are helpful. Vitamin D3 supplements will be helpful if it is low. Hormones therapy may be beneficial. You can discuss with your Doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I am happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
