Brief answer...your son is not in the danger of getting AH from you
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Autoimmune hepatitis( AH )  is a very rare condition where your immune system attacks your own liver cells resulting in inflammation and hepatitis.
AH is not an infectious disease and hence it can not be transmitted to any person from you.
The exact cause of AH is not known and a person can not do anything to prevent it from getting it.Other types of hepatitis like A,B,C and E are infectious and can be passed from person to person by way of either your poor hygeine ( A and E ) or from blood to blood contact (  B and C ).
So rest assured that your son or your any other family member or any other person can not get AH from you.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any other query.
Best of luck
Thanks
