Brief Answer:
Likely gastritis but need more information,

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,

I have read your query and understand the concern about stomach pain,

First thing comes in mind is acute gastritis which is the likely possibility here and it is not normal but I will need more information to assess your condition better.

Since how many days you are experiencing this stomach pain after 'kaka',bowel movement?
Any other symptoms apart from pain?
Tell me your routine diet.

Meanwhile,I would advise you to take an antacid like Rabeprazole 20 mg or Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along for relief from your symptom.

Following dietary precautions will also be helpful,

1.Avoid spicy and oily foods.
2.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods.
3.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if you do so.
4.Avoid gas producing foods like peas, cabbage, legumes, etc.
5.Drink lots of water daily.

And get back to me with more information.

Regards,

Dr.Sandip Kabra
