Thanks for choosing us for your problem

There are few more things that you need to mention here to help me answer your query better:

1] What is the frequency of Diarrhea?
2] Is the motion related to intake?
3] Are there any associated symptoms?
4] Is there any history of similar patients in the surrounding?
5] Have you undergone any investigation?

Anyway most infective diarrhea is associated with abdominal cramps with frequency; and muscle cramps if there is electrolyte loss.

Awaiting your reply.
