Brief Answer:
Please furnish some information

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Prominent stomach bubble is present in fetus with duodenal atresia or intestinal atresia.
It poses a risk of Downs syndrome in the baby.
What is the AFI (amniotic fluid index) mentioned in the scan?
Is there any other anomaly mentioned.
Please do get back to me with the details so that I can guide you further.
