Question: I have a question regarding a lump in my neck, is this something I should be extremely concerned about?

Most probably it is the inflammatory lymphadenopahty

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I have gone through your query and image uploaded; and suggest you that
1. If you have swelling less than 3 week then go for the proper antibiotic course and strict follow up for at-least 10 days.

2. If the swelling more than 3 week then go for
A) USG neck and
B) FNAC of the cervical swelling
to rule out the other disease and to reach the near diagnosis.
