Calcified granuloma is a benign(non cancerous ) nodule, usually the result of a prior inflammatory process or infection. It is generally an incidental finding. Calcification indicates that the granuloma has been there for a long period of time and is not an active disease process and no treatment is required in most of the cases. However it is better to do a followup scan after few months to assess whether the size is increasing or other changes in its structure. In some cases a CT scan is advised for better evaluation. The size of the lesion is moderate but no immediate intervention is required generally.
Your digestive problems could be due to gall stones. If you have repeatedly experience pain and digestive problem,you can go for surgical removal of gall bladder preferably by laparoscopic approach.
I suggest you to consult a surgical gastroenterologist and he will direct you accordingly.

ok sir tell me in single surgory gall bladder removal and excision possible or gall blader surgory first then excision
or excision may delayed for tm being and tell me vomat and digesion problem may be cured by blader removal or may continue due to granuloma

But I think your surgeon prefer laparoscopic cholecystectomy(gall bladder removal) and perform a biopsy from the granuloma. The further treatment will depend on the biopsy results.
Your symptoms will most probably subside with gall bladder removal.
