Question: Hi,
I am a 52 year old woman who thinks that she just passed an embryo. I have not been intimate in a year. But this is tissue with a what appear to be a black dot of an eye.

I am not in any pain. Should I be concerned? Is this unusual?

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
This doesn't seem like n embryo and is at her like a chronic polyploidal mass which is not a good sign so in my opinion you should get an ultrasound done and then visit a gynecologist for examination.
All the best.
