Brief Answer:
This may not be accurate estimation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

This GFR is estimated from blood creatinine values and is never accurate. It gives an idea only. Especially in elderly this underestimates the actual GFR sometimes. The value is a bit on the lower side but is acceptable.

May I know your serum creatinine value? That will help me to put things into perspective. And do you have any chronic disease like diabetes or hypertension? These can reduce GFR over long run.

To prevent further fall in GFR you should control your sugars and pressures (if high) and drink lots of water.

Hope this helps.
Regards
