Is A ELISA HIV Test Done At 3 Months Conclusive?
Question: Earlier i had asked whether u can get hiv from sucking nipples..and the doctor had replied saying no risk..
so 3 months after performing oral.. i did a hiv elisa 1 and 2 test and vdrl..and it all came non reactive..do i need to do the test again in 3 months..or this is good enough since i performed oral only?

If the Elisa for HIV 1& 2 is negative after 3 months exposure, then it is taken as conclusive. You are not infected with HIV.
You can allay fears of HIV.
Even vdrl should have come positive if infected with syphilis organism by 3 months.So allay fears of syphilis.
I do not see any need of repeating test due to the exposure mentioned.
