Use a mild soap or cleanser.
Apply moisturizer cream or lotion.
Take antihistamine like cetrizine if itching.
They are not due to HIV.

Sir one more question, sir my both test at Dr Lal path lab, which they charge 450 and in report they mentioned test name ECLIA antibody HIV 1/2 , P24 antigen Combo test. I asked lab doctor about the machine, she said it Cobas and it include P24 antigen.
my question is it is 4 th generation test becos SRL lab charges is around 1000 rupees.
