Question: Is Ranolazine a Beta Blocker? Having Dobutamine stress test on Wed. and told to suspend Beta Blockers for 48 hours in advance.

So you have to stop nebivolol at least 48 hours before the test.

Ranolazine is not a beta blocker (it is an inhibitor of late inward sodium channels which are present in cardiac cells), and its use is not contraindicated when performing a cardiac stress tests.
