Brief Answer:
Meprate is better

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.

In PCOS, it is better to take Meprate or Medroxyprogesterone acetate to induce periods, as Primolut has more side effects.

Moreover, you should do some daily exercises, as lifestyle changes improve the hormonal profile in PCOS and help in improving the menstrual regulation without any medications.

There is no nonhormonal drug to induce the periods.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
