Is Pacimol/Dolo 650 Safe To Take During Pregnancy?

Question: I had a throat infection and I am feeling feverish since last few days. My doctor suggested to take Pacimol/Dolo 650. Is it safe to take in Pregnancy ? I still haven't taken the medicine since I am already taking Livogen Z, Maczorb Plus and Follizorb. Please advise

Hello XXXXXXX dolo 650 has paracetamol which is safe in pregnancy and can be taken thrice a day for 3 days.
But in case fever is not controlled or persists to come back once the effect of dose is over then visit your doctor and get a throat swab culture done.
It is not good to have prolonged fever in pregnancy.

i have little headache and feeling vomit since morning Is the same medicine will work for the same.

It will help in relieving headache but for vomiting take tablet ondansetron when you feel nauseus to a maximum of two tablets a day.
