Follow advice given below:

1) Stop smoking and alcohol if you habits.

2) Wear loose undergarments and pants.

3) If you are overweight, you need to lose weight by exercise and diet. Being Overweight is another reason for this.

4) I suggest you can take any one of those medicines which will help you improve along with above measures.
