Brief Answer:
Repeat the blood test in one month time

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM,

MonoAuto is the count of monocytes, blood cells that are elevated in cases like stress, chronic inflammation, immune-mediated disease, infectious mononucleosis, red cell regeneration, viral fever, ect.

The normal values depends on the lab, but in general it is until 8, so your is not high.
If you are not feeling tired, have no fever, and the blood test was just a routine test, then I would recommend to not worry and just repeat the test in one month.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need further clarifications.

Take care
