Brief Answer:
Norethisterone is better to delay the periods

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
To delay the periods, norethisterone (regestrone) is better than meprate to delay the periods.
It is advisable to take regestrone twice a day 5 days prior to the expected periods till the date you want to delay the periods.
Once you stop the drug, the withdrawal periods will occur within 5-7 days.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

i did take meprate 2 times already.
and generally my periods are one week late.
so should i just take the risk of not taking any meds at all, or should i continue to take meprate?
