Is HIV Transmission Possible After Protected Intercourse?

Posted on Thu, 19 Jan 2017
Question: I saw a CSW She male escort 3 weeks ago. She only tops. So she asked me to lay on my stomach. I did, then I turned my head and said only Condom protected. She showed me condom and said Yes, she not like other girls. Then about 1-2 minutes, she asked to rub her penis against my anus to get harder without condom. I said yes but no penetration. She did then 2-3 minutes later, she put the condom on. She tried for several minutes with no luck. Then she changed condoms and tired again. No luck for several minutes then finally she penetrated me for a couple of minutes. Then, she got off of me and came in front of the bed so I was total view of her. I looked at her penis and I saw no condom on her. She saw my facial expression and showed me the condom in her hand. She said she took it off because she has cum in it. I could not see that or tell if the condom was intact. She ensured me it was covered whole time and she getting married soon and does not have any STD's. I know she did have condom on but I am not sure 100 percent at end because I saw her without a condom when she was done. I kept checking during her attempts like turning around and checking. I checked 4-5 times and I saw a condom. I would assume she uses protection for her protractions too but my mind playing tricks with me. I keep thinking it was so hard for her to penetrate me with a condom, maybe she took it off for better sensation and tricked me. I am scheduled for a HIV test tomorrow 4th Generation. It will be 21 days. It will capture 95-97 percent of new infections. I also read 2 weeks can capture 100 percent. Reading too much online. I am so stressed..

Brief Answer:
I don't think there is any real cause for concern, risk is very low

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I can understand your cause for concern, and would like to ask you if once you left from there whether or not there was any anal discharge?

If she did climax without the condom whilst inside of you, there would be some amount of anal discharge or mucus secretion with a bowel movement.

Also, the transmission chances are quite low, even if she does have HIV, so there seems to be no solid cause for concern in your case. I can understand how a persons mind can get paranoid and make you restless, but there is nothing to worry about here sir, so you can rest assured.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

I did not have any anal discharge. Also, I would assume if she cum in me, I would had felt it? I did not feel anything in me, wetness , etc. I never had anyone cum inside me but I know women can feel a man when he cums.

Brief Answer:
Well then that proves she was speaking the truth

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

You are right, you should have either felt it or seen the ejaculate with your bowel movement or in the form of anal discharge. This strongly points towards the scenario where the she male was speaking the truth.

You can now rest assured. I hope you found my response helpful and reassuring. Please do not hesitate to write to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Doctor,

Yesterday at 21 days, I took 4th Generation HIV test. Received results today and it was negative. Questions, I read this test looks for P24 and antibody. With three weeks only, this test needs to find P24. I read 2-3 weeks is conclusive and I also read it must be 4 weeks (28) days. ALso I read I am about 95-97 percent conclusive so there would be 3-4 percent chances of my status of change. Should I test again? If so when, 4 week, 6 weeks or 12 weeks?

Brief Answer:
Just for our satisfaction, retest at day 28

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

The test is quite conclusive when conducted at the 2nd-3rd week time interval, but in my opinion it is most effective at around the 23rd-28th day, so just for our satisfaction you can repeat the test on day 28, and I am sure the result will be a negative. After that, you need not test again.

Best wishes.
