Detailed Answer:
Hi!

Welcome to Health Care Magic!
I am Dr. Neel Kudchadkar and I will help you with this health query.
I have examined your question carefully, and being your doctor, I will
assist you with all your medical problems.

Let me inform you of certain medical facts.

Every person has a range of normal weight. This weight can be either very less as
compared to others or in excess. However, this weight is normal for this person.

How can you calculate if your weight is normal for you?

It is very simple. You must divide your height by your weight. The result is a number called as the BMI. This means Body Mass Index. If this is less than 20
approximately, you are underweight. If it is above a certain level, you are obese.

So, before proceeding, kindly calculate your BMI number.

If you still find that you are underweight, then I have a few things to tell you about "Endura Mass" and such products.

1. These contain vast amounts of proteins.
2. Your body will only take a small portion of these proteins and reject the rest.
3. These excess proteins will be thrown out of the body through urine, sweat, exhalation and excrements.
4. Therefore, this might not be a smart way to build weight.

You need to see a doctor called as an endocrinologist. This doctor has an "MD" degree in endocrinology.

Broadly speaking, you might need some anabolic medications, if neccessary.

This will rebalance the hormones in your body.

3 Practical tips to gain weight.

1. Eat a lot of carbohydrates. For example, rice products.
2. Consume dairy products.
3. Consume "natural" sources of protein such as fish, meat, pulses (dals) and soya beans.

Please follow these instructions.

Feel free to ask me any further questions.

Take care and regards,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
