Brief Answer:
HIV RNA PCR at this stage.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Antibodies test like Elisa and western blot are conclusive after at least 3 months. Now they are not conclusive.
So you better GO for HiV RNA PCR which is a conclusive test as of now to relieve your anxiety.
I do not recommend western blot at this stage which even if comes negative will not be conclusive.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
