Brief Answer:
Certain tests recommended to find the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.

Your HIV testing is negative is good but I would have suggested you to take 4 th generation ELISA test. You may repeat your test at 6 months but chances are 99.99% it will be negative. i recommend it as per international norms. I would suggest you to get your urinalysis, urine culture sensitivity testing, complete haemogram, molecular testing for gonorrhea, Chlamydia, HSV and VDRL test. It appears that you have some infection. Do you have pain or itching, any specific symptoms? If no pain then it could be fungal or allergic inflammation. Get the tests done. You might require an antibiotics course for about 2 weeks. Visit a dermatologist and follow up with reports. Do not worry it is treatable. You can apply a triple action cream twice daily for 1-2 weeks. Maintain genital hygiene. Use mild soap to wash.
