Brief Answer:
IUI

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply

1. I can see that you have regular cycles and normal semen analysis of husband.

2. Get laparoscopy done as per your doctor's advice which will help to diagnose tubal patency also.

3. If laparoscopy is normal you can try with IUI for next 3 months.

4. If you dont conceive IVF would be next option.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

And theve said that my husband has some infection in the semen (pus cells have been observed).Could you suggest me any good medicine for that and I have sent you the attachments of the semen analysis and laproscopy report.
May i know what is the procedure excatly done for IUI . I ve heard that many cases fail in that process and it is bit costly.
Thank you sir in advance

Brief Answer:
semen culture and sensitivity

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Your husband needs semen culture and sensitivity test done to confirm organism causing infection and the antibiotics it is susceptible to. Based on this medicine can be given.

In IUI ( Intrauterine Insemination) Procedure the semen of your husband is cleaned and inseminated into your uterus when your follicle is more than 18 mm.

Success in this procedure us about 15 %. It costs about 2 thousand rupees there.
