Question: Can I give Combiflam to my 8 year old son .his weight is 26kg ?He is having throat pain and slight fever

Combiflam contains paracetamol, mainly an antipyratic (to control the temperature) and ibuprofen both analgesic and anti Inflammatory.
It can be given for throat pain. For 20 kg 8-10 ml of syrup or 1/3 rd tablet can be given. It can be given two to three times a day as per symptoms.
Most likely this is due to some throat infection.
Consult a pediatrician if any more medicines are needed based on clinical symptoms and findings.
