Stiffness is due to muscle pain and spasm. I would add a muscle relaxant (Tizanidine 2mg) available as Zanaflex to Cataflam. I am not sure if tizanidine is over the counter in your country. It has to be taken twice daily along with cataflam after food for 3 days. This shall relieve muscle stiffness and there by muscle pain.

Suggest watchful monitoring for any of the symptoms/signs discussed earlier.
