Is Aspirin Advisable During Pregnancy?

Question: Hi,
This is my 3rd pregnancy.
Im pregnant in week 7 and taking folic acid+ pregnaplus vitamins.

Im wondering do i have to take asperin 75mg since i was taking it in my 2 pregnancies. Becuase before getting pregnant the 1st time i got a chemical pregnancy so my gyno prescribed asprin through until week 36 in both pregnancies.

I just want to know should i take it now? What is the side effects of it? And does it help in maintaing the pregnancy?

I had an ultrasound in 5w3days, only sac was seen with no heartbeat yet. My next ultrasound is due on week 8 to check heartbeats.

Can i start the asprin now at week 7 or later?

And also another thing im having very upset tummy since i started pregnancy. Im so constipated and sometimes after eating a heavy meal i got a lot of crumps followd by 1 or 2 diarrhea!!

What should be done?

Hi dear, yes, you can start aspirin at 7 weeks.
For upset stomach, you should take lots of fluids and fibre rich diet including sprouts, fruits and vegetables.
Avoid oily food.
