Hi dear and thanks for your query to HCM.

I have read your question carefully and understand your health concern.

Amoxyklav is the best antibiotic to treat gram + bacilli ,hence be calm because it is the right course of you.

Pain can be due to :
previous infection(because it have caused tissue adhesion)
recent infection
recent rupture cyst.

Hence continue to take Amoxyklav and take plenty liquids especially cranberry tea

If there's still pelvic pain and vaginal burning 5 days after antibiotics starting is ghat normal I am also now bleeding. It's quite uncomfortable. Will the internal fluid be absorbed. How will I know it's not forming a hematoma. What would have caused this infection. I have one partner and know how hasn't been with others. Could this be a reinfection from a pocket of fluid from before.

Brief Answer:
Explanation is given below....

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again!

Pelvic pain with vaginal burning can be due to yeast infection because:
vaginal swab was positive for yeast infection
you have used antibiotic

Hence you should contact with your gynecologist to prescribe any treatment for yeast infection.

Internal fluid that is due to infection and rupture of recent cyst can be absorbed by itself and from the use of antibiotic ,but absorption vary and from size of fluid .
Hence if size of fluid have been small ,it's absorbed .

Infection from garm + bacilli are common from streptoccocuc and staphylococcus .
Hence infection from these two agents haven't relation with multi-partnerity.

Hope I was helpful .

Best regards
