Immediate Walk After Dinner Helps To Reduce Weight?

default
Posted on Sun, 21 Jul 2013
Question: If we want to take a walk in night after a meal (for weight loss/ as an exercise), what will be the ideal gap time between meal and to start the walk? Some say that we can go for an immediate walk after dinner and this helps us to reduce weight. Is this a myth ?

Hello,

Personally, I would suggest to go with a small break after meals before you take up any physical activity or walk.Medically that is more appropriate.

A walk immediately after meal doesn't really differ from a walk you take after a break.

People with gastric reflux are prone to get reflux after meal if they take up any physical activity.

Hope that answers your question.

Please ask if there are doubts.
