Question
I'm an otherwise healthy 63 year old female but have had cramping gas pains for about 4 days. I feel like I need to go to the bathroom but the only thing that comes out is a little squirt of what looks like mucus, maybe a little blood mixed in. Barely slept last night as the gas cramping was so bad. Was thinking I'd buy some gasX and something for constipation?
Could something more serious be going on?
