Nutritional or electrolyte disturbances can cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Vitamin D, Calcium, Vitamin B can cause regular pain the legs. Similar some minerals like magnesium, selenium can cause such pain.
Also there are certain electrolytes which can cause pain in the legs.
Undue stress on the muscles either due to accumulation of lactic acid or dehydration can also cause pain
I suggest you to test for Vitamin D in the blood.
Have a coconut water every day to correct dehydration and electrolyte imbalances.
