Brief Answer:
Can be tendonitis or nerve compression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain at the outside of elbow radiating down the forearm is likely to be related to median nerve compression or inflammation- tendonitis. Most commonly it is caused by a golfer's elbow or cubital tunnel syndrome.
You can help the improvement by-
1. Give adequate rest to the arm.
2. Apply cold therapy.
3. Get some anti-inflammatory medication prescribed from your orthopedician.
4. Immobilize the arm for a short period.
5. Soft tissue therapy can be used to break down adhesions that may be restricting the nerve.
6. Neural stretching exercises are helpful under the care of a physiotherapist.
Surgery might be needed in severe cases with persistent symptoms.
I hope this answers your query.

Thank you very much. I hope you have a good night.
I work on a computer all day and am right handed. I use it for the mouse mostly. Will that cause it? Can I use one of those braces that just go over that muscle that I see some people use?

Brief Answer:
Working on computer can be the main cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Working on computer can be the main cause of this pain. You can use the brace which will provide immobilization. Taking a mild pain killer and doing a hot compress will help.
Hope my answer is helpful.
