Brief Answer:
There in no OTC available alternative.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Any alternative of Deviry is not available over the counter in USA. It is a prescription only medicine. The delay in periods can happen due to change in place or stress. It is best to wait for few more days and see if the periods start on their own.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Thank you doctor..But if I go to the doctor will he/she prescribe me somthing? Because I do not want to go through any test like pregnancy/scan and stuff. Cz I am sure that nothing of that sought is wrong. At the same time is there any supplements or something that I can try?

Brief Answer:
urine test will be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If you go to a doctor, he will prescribe you proper medicine after doing a urine test for pregnancy. You can take iron supplements and try to have a regular diet.
Hope my answer is helpful.

The problem is I am getting severe back/leg pain and feel vaginal pull since three weeks. All these happens to me when I usually PMS. the pain and irritation is something that I am not able to take anymore

So you think I should take iron supplements and wait? Any iron supplements that you can suggest? Any brand in specific?

The supplements will help.

You can get any iron supplement available OTC. Do take a diet rich in green leafy vegetables. The PMS symptoms will subside as soon as the period starts.
