Question
I have loss of hearing in my right ear, tinnitus in my right ear, and dizziness and balance problems. This has been present for a number of years but is becoming worse. I am a 63-year-old female.

All the symptoms are suggestive of meniere's disease. you should get a MRI inner ear done to diagnose the disease.
Any history of hypertension?
Further treatment will depend on the test results.
What medicine have you been taking so far?

Yes, I do have hypertension, well controlled with medication.

Could my symptoms suggest an acoustic neuroma?

acoustic neurons is also one of the differential diagnosis. it is usually characterised by gradual progressive hearing loss.
It can also be diagnosed by MRI.
