Question: I have done a blood test and everything has came back normal. But i keep getting anxiety related symptoms. Sometimes when i walk i feel off balance or when i walk i find it hard to slow down as its like im staggering. I also get dizzy most days for a short period of time as it comes and goes. Sometimes my throat would feel tight. My hands and legs will also feel shaky, sometimes my hand shaking is visible slightly. I use to feel out of breath sometimes a long with chocking feeling but that no longer happens. My symptoms are a lot worse when im really tired. There are days when i feel absoutely fine thats usually when i get enough rest. Does this sound like Anxiety? My symptoms have reduced but how can i overcome it? And whats causing this?

Brief Answer:
Yes,it sound like anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms sound like Anxiety for some obvious reasons including:
-The fact that your symptoms are temporary, appearing time to time and changing over time.
An organic disease cause permanent symptoms that are aggravated if the disease is not treated.

There are many factors that can cause Anxiety disorders including:
-Genetics (some people may have a genetic predisposition that gives them a greater chance of suffering from anxiety disorders)
-Brain chemistry (people with abnormal levels of certain neurotransmitters in the brain are more likely to suffer from generalized anxiety disorder).
- External factors like stress.Anxiety is most commonly triggered by the stress in our lives (stress at work, stress about money etc).

Knowing that your symptoms are due to your stress and anxiety and nothing wrong is going in your body can help you to reduce your anxiety.

There are many possible tips that can help to manage your anxiety problem:

-Talk with persons important to you about what you are passing through and let them know how they can help you
-Keep yourself healthy:eat healthy, avoid alcohol, nicotine, sugar, and caffeine.
-Exercising and meditation are very helpful (Jog, walk, bike, or dance 3-5 days a week)
-Keep yourself busy and try to have fun (laugh as much as you can). The problem for anxious people is that they take life so seriously that they stop having fun in their lives, and they stop laughing .
-Take deep breaths everywhere you think you are having a panic attack.
-Since you know that your anxiety is triggered by being tired then try to rest and get enough sleep.

If any of these seem to help, you can always talk to a therapist for professional help.

Hope my answer has helped.
Feel free to ask if you have any other question or doubt to clarify.
I will be happy to assist you further.

Regards.

Is if normal for anxiety to give you constant feelings of unbalance and unsteadiness. Sometimes i feel shaky also. This is usually only when im tired. Is this anxiety attacks or anxiety symptoms? And is it normal to feel overwhelmed in crowded areas?

Brief Answer:
Anxiety can cause such symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again dear!

Anxiety can cause a large variety of symptoms and they are considered due to anxiety once excluded physical causes.
There are many possible medical conditions that can cause feeling unbalanced and unstable including:
-Oscillations of blood pressure
-Anemia
-Hypoglycemia
-Inner are conditions
-Neurological conditions

If your symptoms were caused from a physical disease most likely they would be present all the time and not only when you are tired.
Anemia and hypoglycemia are excluded because your blood tests came back normal.

If your symptoms of unsteadiness and feeling unbalance persist most of the time and not appearing only in occasions ,then you can consult a physician and get examined.A ear examination and neurological examination are necessary to exclude physical causes for these symptoms.

Feeling overwhelmed in crowded areas is not a symptom caused by organic disease. It is typically noted in anxiety disorders and feeling anxious in some public places.

If your symptoms are persistent and interfere with your daily life then you should think the possibility of seeing a Therapist and getting professional help.

Hope it helps.
Fell free to ask further questions.

Take care.

Will multi vitamins and omega 3 fish oil help to cure the symptoms?

Brief Answer:
These supplements might be helpful .

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation and may help lower risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and arthritis. Omega-3 fatty acids are highly concentrated in the brain and appear to be important for cognitive (brain memory and performance) and behavioral function.

So omega 3 fish oil and multivitamins can help your body to function well and this may help you feel better and more healthier.
Feeling better physically can improve your anxiety symptoms.

So you can take multivitamins and omega 3 fish oil. They might help with your anxiety but they can't cure it so you also should try other things (as I write you in the first answer) to help you will your anxiety.

If these measures fail to control your symptoms and they get worse ,consider talking to a therapist.

Hope it helps.
Take care
