Are Siphene And Dupaston Tablets Necessary When Planning For Pregnancy?

Question: I had early miscarriage when I was 5 and half week pregnant in January ..never I got dark positive line on my pregnancy test..all reports were normal..doc didnt understand the reason of miscarriage..now again we are planning baby ..so doc has prescribed me with siphene 50 mg from day2 to day6...and dupaston 10 mg from day 15 to day25...is it really necessary to take this tablets..as my periods are quite regular from 27-33 days..and all reports are normal..will this tablets will have any side effects..
