Question: I feel as if I have to urinate, but I just emptied my bladder. It comes back every couple minutes. It is accompanied by a sharp stinging pain in my penis. Is it something to do with my prostate?

Brief Answer:
Infection likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It looks like there is a significant possibility of infection of bladder or prostate. You can get a baseline evaluation done, which will include an ultrasound scan of KUB ie kidneys and bladder, including an estimate of post void residue, a CBP, Urine analysis, and urine culture and sensitivity.
Your discomfort can come down with the use of drugs like Flomax 0.4mg once daily at bedtime, Syrip Citra-alka 10-15ml thrice daily with meals after dilution with water. Antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily might help till a definitive culture report is available.
There is also a possibility that you could have a stone lodged along the path, but that also could be picked up on ultrasound, and if required, an X-ray KUB.
Hope I have been of help.
