Brief Answer:
Ovulation is likely in next few hours.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the ultrasound report. There is no free fluid present in the pelvis suggestive of ovulation. The dominant follicle usually reaches a size of 20-22 mm and then ruptures to release a mature ovum. In your case the follicles are slightly overgrown due to the effect of clomid. Any one of these can rupture any time causing an ovulation. There is no sign suggestive of pregnancy in the present scan.
It is best to have unprotected intercourse for next 24-48 hours to maximize your chances of conception. Then you can wait for your period to be overdue and go for a pregnancy test in case there is no bleeding till 20th November.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Well because of the large size of follicals dont u think its not possible to ovulate anymore with this cycle !! Or is there still a chance that the 26mm folicals still have a ripe healthy egg in them and i can def ovulate in a day or so ! And in ur opinion dont u think the folicals are to big to rupcher

Brief Answer:
Delayed ovulation can happen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The follicles of size 26 mm are larger than normal size and are less likely to rupture. But since LH surge is there it is not harmful to have unprotected sex over next 48 hours in case the follicles rupture. The chances of pregnancy are less in this cycle. But delayed ovulation is a rare possibility which can happen in this case.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
