Brief Answer:
A good bowel movement would be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.Ratnakar Kini and I am pleased to assist you.

Most often piles occur due to constipation. Incidence of piles is more during pregnancy, as during pregnancy constipation is very common.

A good bowel movement would resolve the symptoms of milder forms of piles. In severe cases, surgery might be needed.

To have good bowel movements, one should eat high fiber diet, drink lot of fluids and take fiber supplements.

I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.Ratnakar Kini
